Founded in 1906 by Luigi Nervi, this namesake winery is the oldest-recognized estate within the Gattinara DOCG, producing wines from 24 hectares of Nebbiolo vines, rooted in volcanic gravel and clay soils. The 2013 ‘Molsino’ shows flavors of black cherry leather, and smoke, with pepper and mineral tones. Integrated tannins and bright acidity in the wine go beautifully with grilled red meats or burgers.
