Poderi Colla Barolo Bussia 'Dardi Le Rose' 2015

This aromatic and intense Barolo is loaded with flavors of red cherries, wet clay, dried roses, and licorice. This classically powerful Nebbiolo shows incredible aging potential, although the wine’s tannins are rather soft, so approaching this bottle in its youth isn’t totally off the table. Pair with ragu, red meats, or fatty cheeses.
