Founded in 1930, Domaine Roulot has become one of the most renowned estates in all of the Cote de Beaune, producing rich, mineral-driven whites full of character and balance. Though for many, Roulot bottlings have been entirely out of reach-- that is, until this affordable Aligoté came along. Produced from fruit coming from 20-80 year old vines rooted in clay limestone soils, the juice ferments and ages in steel, maintaining the grapes’ natural fruit-forwardness and bright acidity. Refreshing, vibrant, and seriously delicious.
