Arianna Occhipinti is a rising star in southeastern Sicily. Her 25 hectares of vines are farmed all organically and biodynamically, dedicated only to indigenous Sicilian varieties. This aromatic Zibibbo/Albanello blend vinifies and ages on the lees in steel, leading to a bright and vibrant palate full of orange, bitter almond, and honey flavors. A perfect aperitif wine!
