Founded by NoMad Wine Director Thomas Pastuszak and his sommelier wife, Jessica Brown, Terrassen’s mission is to showcase the unique terroir of the Finger Lakes wine region, producing high-acid, thirst-quenching wines that are insanely drinkable. The 2018 Blaunfrankisch rosé is savory and balanced, full of red currant, rose petal, and strawberry notes, giving way to a slightly creamy yet balanced finish. A truly gorgeous ‘food’ rosé!
