Native to the Basque Country, Alberto Nanclares moved to the seaside village of Castrelo in 1992, creating a small winery out of his garage. Today, Nanclares creates some of the most age-worthy ,organic wines in all of Galicia. ‘Paraje Mina’ comes from a small vineyard plot in Val do Salnes, giving way to a complex, layered white, full of lemon rind, salt, and wet stone flavors. Pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, sushi, and salads.
