Alberto Nanclares y Prieto Rias Baixas Albarino 'Tempus Vivendi' 2012

Alberto Nanclares creates some of the most age-worthy, saline-tinged wines in all of Galicia, cultivating all vines organically and with some biodynamic principles. Fruit for this salty and thirst-quenching Albarino comes from six parcels near Sanxenxo, just 10 miles from the Atlantic. The wine is native yeast fermented and aged on its lees. This is a lovely, mouth-filling example of how elegantly high-quality Galician Albarino can age!
