Ameztoi Getariako Txakolina 2018

The Ameztoi is one of Txakoli’s top producers. The estate focuses on cultivating indigenous varieties, particularly Hondarribi Zuri. Fruit for their Txakolina is fermented in stainless steel and bottled with natural residual carbonic acid, which gives the wine an ultra-refreshing spritz. Notes of sea spray, tart citrus, lime, and chalky green apple dominate this electrifying palate.
