Headed by Louis-Michel Liger-Belair, Francois Massoc, and Pedro Parra, Aristos’ goal is to showcase the unique terroir of Chile’s Cachapoal region, creating well balanced wines that allow for a sense of place to shine through. Their Cabernet Sauvignon grows in the Andean foothills, at altitudes of 900 feet. Flavors of dark fruit and cassis dominate, balanced by a strong minerality and undertones of wet earth; New World fruit with an Old World touch.
