Barbara Ohlzelt Gruner Veltliner 'Zobinger' Trocken Kamptal 2018

Barbara Ohlzelt has been championing the Gruner Veltliner and Riesling varieties in Austria’s Kamptal appellation since 2004. Her wines are energetic and pure, boasting a racy acidity and showing a serious sense of place. ‘Zobinger’ is named after Barbara’s home village. Fruit comes from old vines and is aged in acacia wood, leading to a palate noted with flavors of green apple, minerals, fresh herbs, and smoke.
