Synonymous with low-intervention, terroir-driven Jura wines, Benedicte and Stephane Tissot produce 28 wines from 40 hectares, farmed organically, biodynamically and chemical-free. ‘Graviers’ is a varietal Chardonnay from Arbois, showing notes of tart pear, lemon, and mineral-driven, white flower undertones. Abundant mineral notes and tight acidity make this wine extremely versatile on the table.
