Synonymous with low-intervention, terroir-driven Jura wines, Benedicte and Stephane Tissot produce 28 wines from 40 hectares, farmed organically, biodynamically and chemical-free. ‘Singulier’ is a varietal Trousseau, kept on its skins for five weeks, vinified into a light-bodied, flavorful wine, showing notes of tart strawberry, spice, and slight crunchy, green undertones.
