Bereche 'Beaux Regards' Extra Brut Champagne 2016

Rapha Bérêche’s ‘Beaux Regards’ cuvée is produced from two parcels of old vine Chardonnay in the Montagne de Reims. The wine is loaded with flavors of fleshy orchard fruit, white flowers, lemon zest, and chalky spice. This mineral-laden and energetic Blanc de Blancs cuvée is produced from organically and biodynamically-farmed fruit, with secondary fermentation executed under cork closures.
