Owned and operated by Nicolas Bernard and Veronique Bonin, this Burgundian estate cultivates 17.5 hectares of vines across some of the region’s most prestigious appellations, with a minimalist mentality implemented in the cellar. Wines are aged in oak for 15-18 months, bottled in synchronization with the lunar calendar. The 2012 ‘La Garenne’ is the zestiest of all bottlings, showing rich yet racy flavors of stone fruit, citrus, and wet minerals.
