Bichi Proprietary Red 'Mistico' Tecate 2016

Located in Tecate, Bichi’s organic and biodynamic farming practices are shaking things up within Mexico’s westerly appellation. ‘Mistico’ is a field blend of fruit from Tecate and Valle de Guadalupe, with small amounts of Tempranillo carbonically macerated in the mix. Notes of bright cherry, spice, and rocks dominate; we can’t think of a better wine for #TacoTuesday.
