Brendan Stater-West Saumur Blanc 'Chapaudaises' 2017

Brendan Stater-West moved to Paris ten years ago to teach English and fell in love with wine while working at a retail shop in Paris. He founded his namesake domaine in 2015 after working an apprenticeship under Romain Guiberteau. ‘Les Chapaudaises’ comes from a small one-hectare plot, leading to a fruit-forward wine, full of salty apple, stone fruit, and wet stone flavors.
