Willi Brundlmayer farms 75 hectares of traditional Austrian varieties around Langenlois, where diverse micro-terroirs, Danube River influences, and wooded hillsides dominate the land. Large diurnal temperature swings help keep acid high, and many of his vines are over 50 years in age.
