Burly Cabernet Sauvignon Coombsville 2014

Named after founder Hank McCrorie’s college football nickname, Burly sources their fruit from the Simpkins vineyard, located just east of Napa, which experiences a cooler climate and longer ripening season, giving way to quality, concentrated fruit. The 2014 shows sappy notes of black cherry, plums, and chocolate, with dusty, integrated tannins and a velvety finish. Less than 200 cases produced annually.
