Gary and Nick Farr focus on producing single-site cuvées from Victoria, spontaneously fermenting all of their wines within their gravity fed winery. Geelong Shiraz grows in volcanic soils and on north-facing vines, which is then vinified partial whole cluster and co-fermented with small amounts of Viognier. The wine shows flavors of juicy dark fruit and spicy black pepper and is perfect for pairing with savory stews and grilled meats.
