Here, ample sunshine produces plump and concentrated fruit, which is handpicked and partially whole-cluster fermented with small amounts of Viognier. The wine is spicy, pepper-driven, and loaded with flavors of juicy red and dark fruits. Serve chilled with savory stews and grilled red meats.
