Casanuova delle Cerbaie Rosso di Montalcino 2011

Located south of the town of Montalcino, Casanuova delle Cerbaie’s 15 hectares lay scattered across the rolling hills of Tuscany, dotted with olive trees and other indigenous fauna. Wines are vinified in a traditional, ‘old school’ style. The 2011 Rosso shows flavors of black cherries, thyme, wild herbs, and white pepper, with firm, supportive tannins creating a delicious, food-friendly wine. Drink now through 2024.
