Cascina Fontana Barolo 2011

Mario Fontana represents the sixth generation of Fontana family winemakers in the hills of Barolo, founding Cascina Fontana in 1995. The estate comprises four inherited hectares of vines, situated in Castiglione Falletto. The 2011 Barolo is fragrant and rich, with notes of rose petal, licorice, and herbal spice. A harmonious balance between fruit, acidity, and integrated tannin will only develop over time.
