Cascina Fontana Langhe Nebbiolo 2016

Mario Fontana represents the sixth generation of Fontana family winemakers in the hills of Barolo. He founded Cascina Fontana in 1995, which is comprised of four hectares of vines situated in Castiglione Falletto. The 2016 Nebbiolo is aromatic and bright, marked by notes of strawberries, cherries, rose petals, and earth. This perfumed and balanced wine pairs perfectly with red meat, grilled veggies, and mushroom risotto.
