Typically sold only direct from the winery to an exclusive mailing list, Ceritas Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with minimal intervention in the vineyard and the cellar. Peter Martin Ray Vineyard is situated at 1,800 feet above the town of Saratoga in the Santa Cruz Mountains. It's a struggle up there, but the vines produce distinctively delicious fruit, characterized by a streak of minerality and salinity plus a finish that really sticks around.
