Founded in 2010 by Guillaume Bott and Tomoko Kuriyama, Chantereves is one of Burgundy’s youngest and exciting négociants, producing terroir-driven, organic wines. The 2016 ‘Les Hautes’ ferments in old oak barrels with native yeasts, aged on the lees and racked three weeks before bottling. Balanced, stony, and fresh, the wine is a dream with rich poultry dishes and savory seafood.
