Chantereves Bourgogne Blanc 2017

Founded in 2010 by Guillaume Bott and Tomoko Kuriyama, Chantereves is one of Burgundy’s youngest and exciting négociants, producing terroir-driven, organic wines. The Bourgogne Blanc is vinified in used oak, creating a rich yet energetic wine, full of balance and supple fruit-forwardness. Notes of citrus, yellow stone fruit, white flowers, and wet stones dominate. A great food wine!
