Chantereves Bourgogne Rouge 2017

Founded in 2010 by Guillaume Bott and Tomoko Kuriyama, Chantereves is one of Burgundy’s youngest and exciting négociants, producing terroir-driven, organic wines. The 2017 Bourgogne Rouge is dense yet sophisticated, showing notes of red and black fruits, mushrooms, tobacco, and spice; enjoyable now, but will continue to get better with time.
