Founded in 2010 by Guillaume Bott and Tomoko Kuriyama, Chantereves is one of Burgundy’s youngest and exciting négociants, producing terroir-driven, organic wines. Fruit for ‘Les Damodes’ comes from a high-elevation vineyard, showing flavors of lean dark fruit, violets, and baking spice, with an energetic, mineral-driven finish.
