This racy and concentrated white from Château Grand Village is seriously delicious. Although ‘Les Champs Libres’ is generally produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, Baptiste Guinaudeau decided to add 13% Sémillon into the 2015 blend. The resulting wine is a bit weightier and loaded with zesty flavors of stone fruit, gooseberry, orange blossom, white flowers, and sea salt. Only three barrels of this wine were made.
