This earth-driven red from Baptiste Guinaudeau (Château Lafleur, Pomerol) bursts with flavors of black cherries, peppery red currants, tobacco, and sweet spice. Well-integrated tannins and vivacious acid lead to a lasting finish. Serve slightly chilled with red meats, roasted veggies, and a variety of crockpot stews (vegan/vegetarian included!)
