Only 25% of the Château Yvonne’s plantings are dedicated to Chenin Blanc, making their white wine cuvées both limited and unique. Their Chenin is biodynamically farmed, hand harvested, and left on its lees until September. Well-balanced and mineral driven, the wine is perfect with sushi, seafood, and light cream sauces.
