Yves Canarelli took over his family’s estate in 1993, pioneering the revival of indigenous Corsican grape varieties across the island’s oldest appellation, Figari. All fruit at the estate is grown organically and biodynamically. The 2018 rosé is a blend of whole-cluster fermented Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu, and Grenache, vinified with direct press and saignée methods. Savory and crisp, the wine shows flavors of tart red fruit, herbs, and sea spray.
