Yves Canarelli took over his family’s estate in 1993 and has since pioneered the revival of indigenous Corsican grape varieties across the island’s oldest appellation, Figari. All fruit at the estate is grown organically and biodynamically. ‘Tarra d’Orasi’ is a Vermentino dominant field blend that ferments in tank and ages for 24 months in barrel, malolactic included. The wine is juicy and bright, marked by unctuous flavors of citrus, lime leaf, wet rocks, and white flowers. An instant trip to the island of Corsica!
