Varietal Grenache from Castilla y Leon, hailing from 50-60 year old vines situated 900 meters above sea level. Fruit comes from granite soils and is gently macerated with stems for two months, followed by one year of aging in French oak. Juicy, aromatic, and silky. Pair with tacos, lamb, and spicy soups.
