Located in southern Ajaccio, Jean-Charles Abbatucci creates healthy ecosystems within his vineyards through biodynamic farming, all whilst playing traditional Corsican music over loudspeakers to his grapes, which he believes benefits the fruit’s development. ‘Faustine’ is a varietal Vermentino, showing smoky fruit flavors noted with gamy earth.
