This 1er Cru bottling from Denis Mortet is a blend of three vineyards; Cherbaud, Bel Air, and Petit Chapelle. The wine partially ages in new oak, bringing power and structure to this medium-bodied cuvée. Flavors of tangy black fruits dominate, with undertones of smoke and earth. Beautiful tannic structure and rocky, mineral-driven acidity.
