Founded in 1952 in the village of Bué, Domaine Bailly-Reverdy is regarded for its hand-harvested fruit and large diversity of different vineyard plots. Today, the estate’s 23 hectares are dominated by Sauvignon Blanc (70%) and Pinot Noir, all farmed sustainably. Fruit for the 2016 rosé comes from flinty, marl soils, cold settled and fermented naturally. The wine is delicate and bright, with notes of red fruit, currant, and wet stone.
