The duo produces high-quality wines from organic fruit and minimal intervention in the cellar. ‘'Charbonnières’ is a varietal old vine Gamay from Fleurie, produced with meticulous attention to detail in the cellar. Notes of raspberries, red currants, and fresh herbs dominate this fruit-forward palate. Pair with roast chicken or baked salmon. Serve slightly chilled.
