Domaine Chave Hermitage Rouge 2015

In the world of Northern Rhone greatness, Chave is undoubtedly the authority. His Hermitage Rouge is vinified in both stainless steel and open topped casks, undergoing multiple daily punch downs. After one year and a half years, parcels are blended to create the final cuvée, combining seven unique terroirs. The 2015 is sensational, full of graphite, cassis, and notes of minerality. Pure and ripe; one of the greatest vintages this decade.
