Domaine Chevillon Nuits-St-Georges Blanc 2015

Located in the heart of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Domaine Chevillon’s roots date back to the 1800s; now headed by brothers Denis and Bertrand, Domaine Chevillon estate bottles all of their wines, which ooze with elegance and grace. Low-yielding vines undergo long fermentations, followed by 16-20 months of elevage in barrel. The 2015 NSG Blanc is integrated and rich, with mineral-driven acidity and a fruit-forward, lingering finish.
