Fruit for legendary Rhone producer Domaine Clape’s ‘Renaissance’ hails from Les Sabarottes and Geynale. Potent aromatics of dark fruit and flowers dominate this inky wine, giving way to a full-bodied, intense palate of meat, red fruit, and earth. Aged 22 months in foudre, will age for 10, 20+ years.
