Winemaker Julien Mareschal came to the Jura at just 23 years old, after pursuing agronomy and oenology studies in Dijon. Now with five hectares of vines around Pupillin, Mareschal farms all of his fruit organically and biodynamically, with fermentations executed naturally. ‘La Marcette’ is produced in large oak barrels without oxidation, creating a fruit-forward, mineral-driven wine, full of freshness and texture.
