Hailing from some of the Jura’s highest elevations, this cool climate Chardonnay grows on gravelly limestone soils, ferments with indigenous yeasts and without sulfites, then is aged in barrels on the lees for one year. The final wine is zesty, refreshing, and insanely textured. Perfecto for root vegetables and savory Thanksgiving Day fare.
