Domaine de la Pepiere has been producing organically farmed, chemical-free wines in Muscadet since 1985. Wines are site specific and terroir driven, grown on granite-rich soils. ‘La Pepie’ is vinified with extensive lees contact, which adds texture and depth to this racy, mineral-driven wine.
