Domaine de la Tournelle Jura 'Trousseau des Corvees, R' 2011

Headed by Evelyne and Pascal Clairet, Domaine de la Tournelle was created in 1991, situated in the heart of Arbois. The duo works their six hectares of vines all organically, producing 12 different cuvées. Fruit for the 2011 ‘Trousseau des Corvées’ is hand-harvested and sorted, fermented in steel, followed by aging in oak barrels. 7 years of age has allowed the wine to develop gorgeously, maintaining refreshing acidity and candied fruit notes.
