Domaine de l’Ecu is one of the OG organic viticulturalists in the Loire Valley, farming their vines in such a way for over forty years. The estate has also pioneered bottling wines by soil types, in conjunction with extensive lees aging. The 2017 ‘Granite’ is flinty and refreshing, showing flavors of fresh-squeezed lemon, stone fruit, and gunpowder. Pair with raw bar favorites!
