This skin-contact Gewurztraminer comes from one of Alsace’s rising natural wine producers. Notes of dried fruits, apricots, rose petals, and wildflowers lead to a textured and grippy finish. Fruit for this wine is farmed organically, biodynamically, and hails from a 25-year-old vineyard. After natural fermentation in steel, the juice macerates for 10 days and is aged for seven months in steel, followed by 14 months in bottle. Only 440 bottles produced.
