Domaine de l'Envol Alsace Riesling 'Steinweg' 2018

This thirst-quenching varietal Riesling is produced at the hands of one of Alsace’s rising natural wine producers. Notes of fresh-pressed citrus, grapefruit rind, crushed rocks, and coarse sea salt lead to a seriously refreshing finish. Fruit for this steel-vinified cuvée is farmed organically, biodynamically, and comes from a 30-year-old vineyard.
