Domaine de l'Oubliee VdF 'Existe en Blanc' 2015

Parisian wine retailer turned winemaker Xavier Courrant founded Domaine de l’Oubliée with the sole intention of getting closer to the source of his passion, the vines. After studying and working alongside Romain Guiberteau, Xavier creates three red cuvées and a small production wine, this varietal Chenin from Bourgueil, fermented and aged for one year in oak barrels.
