Domaine de Villaine Bourgogne Rouge 'La Digoine' 2017

Aubert de Villaine (co-owner of world-renowned DRC) and his wife Pamela settled down in Bouzeron, located within Burgundy’s lesser known Cote Chalonnaise region. Their namesake domaine highlights the often underlooked single-vineyard terroirs of the Chalonnaise. Fruit for ‘La Digoine’ shows flavors of fleshy red fruit and silky tannins, which pair gorgeously with various meats and poultry. Drink now or lay down in the cellar.
